Each tablet contains: Hydroxyapatite 1000 mg (equiv. calcium 255 mg, equiv. phosphorus 120 mg), calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 475 mg (equiv. calcium 112 mg), borax (sodium borate) 8.9 mg (equiv. boron 1 mg), phytomenadione (vitamin K) 27 micrograms, colecalciferol 8.3 micrograms (equiv. vitamin D₃ 333.3 IU).

Adults: Take 1 tablet three times daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
