1. Introduction

Welcome to the GhamaHealth Wellness Membership Program, referred to as the Wellness Circle. By joining or participating in the Wellness Circle, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms should be read together with GhamaHealth’s website terms, shipping information, privacy policy and any specific conditions attached to a member offer or promotion.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

2.1 The Wellness Circle is free to join and is available to eligible GhamaHealth customers who create or hold a GhamaHealth customer account.

2.2 Email confirmation is required before Wellness Circle membership benefits can be activated.

2.3 Members must be signed in to the customer account associated with their membership at checkout. Benefits may not apply if checkout is completed as a guest or using a different email address.

2.4 GhamaHealth may review, suspend or remove membership access where reasonably required to protect the integrity of the program.

3. Member Benefits

3.1 Wellness Circle benefits may include:

• 15% member discount on eligible qualifying orders.
• Complimentary standard delivery within Australia on qualifying orders.
• Early access to selected product launches, restocks, limited releases or member events.
• Seasonal member offers and selected wellness initiatives.
• Occasional complimentary inclusions with eligible orders during selected campaigns.
• Curated member bundles and support kits, where available.

3.2 Benefits may vary over time and may not apply to every product, brand, order, promotion or campaign.

3.3 Unless otherwise stated, member benefits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another customer account.

4. Qualifying Orders

4.1 — 15% member discount: The eligible product subtotal must be $200.00 AUD or more before the Wellness Circle discount is applied.

4.2 — Free standard Australian shipping: Free standard shipping applies only when the order total is $199.00 AUD or more after discounts. The free-shipping threshold is separate from the threshold required to receive the 15% member discount.

4.3 Shipping charges, duties, taxes, gift cards and other non-product charges do not count toward the $200.00 AUD product subtotal required for the member discount.

4.4 Complimentary delivery applies to standard Australian delivery only unless otherwise advertised. International shipping and other non-standard delivery services are excluded.

4.5 Other promotional codes, offers or adjustments may have separate conditions and may not be combined with Wellness Circle benefits unless expressly stated.

4.6 Benefits remain subject to product eligibility, stock availability, account status and correct checkout details.

5. Maintaining Membership Status

5.1 Members must continue to comply with the current program conditions to retain access to Wellness Circle benefits.

5.2 Repeated misuse of benefits, fraudulent activity or serious breaches of these terms may result in membership review, suspension or removal.

6. Program Changes

6.1 GhamaHealth may update, enhance, limit, pause or discontinue any part of the Wellness Circle.

6.2 Changes may include eligibility requirements, order thresholds, available benefits, participating products, delivery benefits or communication methods.

6.3 Changes take effect when published on the GhamaHealth website unless a later effective date is stated.

7. Misuse, Abuse & Fraud

7.1 Wellness Circle benefits are intended for genuine personal customer use and must not be misused, resold, manipulated or exploited.

7.2 GhamaHealth may suspend or terminate membership access where there is suspected or confirmed misuse, including:

• fraudulent account activity;
• repeated exploitation of offers;
• creating multiple accounts to access benefits unfairly;
• using member benefits for unauthorised resale or commercial purchasing;
• abusive, misleading or dishonest conduct; or
• breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7.3 GhamaHealth may cancel benefits, refuse orders or remove membership access where reasonably necessary to protect the program and other customers.

8. Privacy

8.1 GhamaHealth collects and uses personal information needed to administer the Wellness Circle, manage eligibility, process orders, provide benefits and communicate with members.

8.2 This may include your name, email address, customer account details, order history, delivery information and communication preferences.

8.3 Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers where required to operate the program, process orders, deliver parcels or support website and email functionality.

9. Communication

9.1 By joining the Wellness Circle, you agree to receive program-related communications about membership, account activity, eligibility and available member benefits.

9.2 Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.

9.3 Transactional or account-related communications may still be sent where necessary to manage your membership or orders.
