Each tablet contains: Quercetin 500 mg; Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 243 mg (equivalent ascorbic acid 199 mg); d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 41 mg; Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) seed extract 76 mg (derived from dry seed 1.9 g); Vitis vinifera (Grape) seed extract 30 mg (derived from dry seed 1.2 g); Camellia sinensis (Green tea) leaf extract 25 mg (derived from dry leaf 225 mg); Dunaliella salina fresh cell soft extract 40 mg (derived from minimum fresh cell 75 mg, standardised to carotenoids calculated as beta-carotene 3 mg).

Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.


Acacia, ascorbyl palmitate, carrageenan, croscarmellose sodium, gelatin, hypromellose, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate, potable water, powdered cellulose, silicon dioxide, soya oil, stearic acid, sucrose.


Free from dairy protein, lactose, eggs, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein, and salt. Free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives. The recommended dose of this medicine provides small amounts of caffeine.

In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. To be taken with food.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
