Each tablet contains:

Retinol acetate 0.884 mg (equiv. to vitamin A 750 mcg retinol equivalents); Vaccinium myrtillus fruit extract dry concentrate 80 mg (equiv. to fresh fruit 8 g, providing anthocyanosides 20 mg); Thiamine hydrochloride 6.35 mg (equiv. to thiamine 5 mg); Tagetes erecta flower extract dry concentrate 15 mg (equiv. to fresh flower 5.76 g, providing lutein 6 mg and zeaxanthin 0.3 mg); Tagetes erecta flower extract dry concentrate 60 mg (equiv. to dry flower 3.6 g, providing zeaxanthin 0.3 mg). Total zeaxanthin: 3.3 mg.

Adult Dose: Take 1 tablet twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Manufacturing Excipients: Carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, glycerol, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinised rice starch. Incidental Excipients: Acacia, dl-alpha-tocopherol, maize starch, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate, spraydried glycose syrup, starch sodium octenyl succinate. Contains sugars.

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
