Ingredients (per serving):

GarlicRich® Allium sativum (garlic) extract 400 mg, equivalent to 4 g garlic bulb powder and providing 2.4 mg allicin. Opitac® glutathione 250 mg. SelenoExcell® yeast 116.65 mg, providing 140 µg selenium. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 1 g. Alpha lipoic acid 400 mg. Zinc citrate dihydrate 62.60 mg, equivalent to 20 mg elemental zinc. Manganese sulphate monohydrate 2.46 mg, equivalent to 800 µg elemental manganese. Quatrefolic® levomefolate glucosamine (activated folate) 712 µg, equivalent to 400 µg levomefolic acid.

  • Take **1 teaspoon (3.5 g)** once daily, mixed with **250 mL water**.
  • For **adults only**.
  • Not recommended during **pregnancy or lactation**.
