Each capsule contains (extracts equivalent to dry):Withania somnifera (withania) root 1,000 mg, standardised to provide 4 mg withanolides. Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) root 600 mg, standardised to provide 320 µg syringaresinol diglucoside. Rehmannia glutinosa (rehmannia) root 300 mg. Plus: Tyrosine 200 mg. Potassium iodide 98 µg, equivalent to 75 µg iodine. Chromium nicotinate 133.3 µg, equivalent to 16 µg chromium. Selenomethionine 37.5 µg, equivalent to 15 µg selenium. Zinc citrate dihydrate 9.35 mg, equivalent to 3 mg elemental zinc. Magnesium phosphate 48.4 mg, equivalent to 10 mg elemental magnesium. Calcium pantothenate 75 mg, equivalent to 68.7 mg pantothenic acid. Thiamine hydrochloride 10 mg, equivalent to 8.9 mg thiamine. Riboflavin 10 mg. Nicotinamide 15 mg. Pyridoxine hydrochloride 15 mg, equivalent to 12.3 mg pyridoxine. Ascorbic acid 40 mg.


Take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Calcium hydrogen phosphate, cellulose microcrystalline, silica colloidal anhydrous, stearic acid, maize starch acid, hypromellose.


Free from dairy, wheat, yeast, egg, soy, lactose, glucose, sucrose, fructose, gelatin, nuts, crustaceans, and gluten.
