Silybum marianum (milk thistle) fruit extract dry concentrate 250 mg, equivalent to 15 g dry fruit. Taraxacum officinale (dandelion) root extract dry concentrate 75 mg, equivalent to 1.5 g dry root. Zinc citrate dihydrate 23.36 mg, equivalent to 7.5 mg elemental zinc. Zinc glycinate monohydrate 26.6 mg, equivalent to 7.5 mg elemental zinc.

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals or as professionally prescribed
