Per capsule, this formula provides 1,000 mg of concentrated fish-derived omega-3 triglycerides, delivering 360 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 240 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), supplying a high-strength source of essential marine fatty acids in a simple, clean formulation.


Take 2-6 capsules daily, with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
