Each capsule contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1™ 1 billion CFU, Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14™ 1 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis BB-12™ 1 billion CFU, Lactobacillus plantarum CLEPIUS™ Lpla33™ 1 billion CFU, mecobalamin (vitamin B12) 50 µg, and levomefolate calcium 217 µg (equiv. 5-methyltetrahydrofolate 200 µg).

Adult: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.


Disodium edetate, gellan gum, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, potable water, potassium acetate, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate dihydrate, sucrose, trehalose dihydrate.
