Each tablet contains:

Piper methysticum (kava) root, dry herb equivalent 200 mg, providing 60 mg kavalactones. Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) herb top flowering, dry herb equivalent 20 mg.


Adults take 1-2 capsules daily with water.


Acacia, Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Carrageenan, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Hypromellose, Oryza sativa, Potassium acetate, Purified water, Sunflower Oil.


Free from: Dairy, Wheat, Yeast, Egg, Soy, Lactose, Glucose, Sucrose, Fructose, Sulphates/Sulphites, Gelatin, Crustaceans, Peanuts, Salicylates, Amines, Potato.
