Each 19 g dose contains larch arabinogalactan 1 g, magnesium bisglycinate 1 g (equiv. magnesium 100 mg), glutamine 1.5 g, taurine 350 mg, cysteine 50 mg, vitamin C 250 mg, zinc bisglycinate 75 mg (equiv. zinc 15 mg), vitamin B5 55 mg, vitamin B3 50 mg, activated vitamin B6 50 mg, vitamin E 32 mg (equiv. d-alpha-tocopherol 25 mg), vitamin B1 25 mg, vitamin B2 14 mg (equiv. riboflavin 10 mg), beta-carotene 2.7 mg, vitamin B12 200 mcg, selenomethionine 187 mcg (equiv. selenium 75 mcg), milk thistle seed extract 86 mg (from 6 g, std. to silybin 72 mg), green tea leaf extract 208 mg (from 5.2 g), and gardenia fruit extract 150 mg (from 1.5 g).
