Each tablet contains: Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 39 mg; Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® zinc bisglycinate) 60 mg (equivalent zinc 12 mg); Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin, Vitamin B12) 250 micrograms; Potassium iodide 131 micrograms (equivalent iodine 100 micrograms); Molybdenum trioxide 94 micrograms (equivalent molybdenum 62.5 micrograms); Glycine max pressed seed cake extract 144 mg (derived from dry pressed seed cake 23 g); Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) fruit extract 43 mg (derived from dry fruit 3 g); Curcuma longa (BCM-95™ Turmeric) rhizome extract 60 mg (derived from dry rhizome 1.5 g); Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf extract 100 mg (derived from dry leaf 1 g).


1 tablet twice daily with food


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Carnauba wax, Citric acid, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Macrogol 400, Magnesium stearate, Microcrystalline cellulose, and Povidone.

Free from Animal products, corn, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, wheat, nuts and starches. Free from artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours and preservatives. Contains soya bean products.
