Each 8 g dose contains: Magnesium citrate 1.86 g (equiv. magnesium 300 mg); magnesium orotate dihydrate 234.4 mg (equiv. magnesium 15 mg); total elemental magnesium 315 mg; acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride 884.6 mg; glutamine 500 mg; taurine 500 mg; calcium citrate 236.8 mg (equiv. calcium 50 mg); dibasic potassium phosphate 111.6 mg (equiv. potassium 50 mg); thiamine nitrate 37 mg (equiv. thiamine [vitamin B1] 30 mg); riboflavin sodium phosphate 6.85 mg (equiv. riboflavin [vitamin B2] 5 mg); nicotinamide 50 mg; calcium pantothenate 27.3 mg (equiv. pantothenic acid [vitamin B5] 25 mg); pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 39.2 mg (equiv. pyridoxine [vitamin B6] 25 mg); mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) 100 mcg; zinc citrate dihydrate 15.6 mg (equiv. zinc 5 mg).

Adults:8 grams of powder (2 level scoops) mixed in 250 mL of water or juice, twice daily. Stir well and drink immediately. 

Beetroot, colloidal anhydrous silica, forest berry flavour, glycine, hypromellose, malic acid, maltodextrin, Stevia rebaudiana, thaumatin.
