Magnesium Complex Lemon Lime is a pleasant-tasting oral powder formulated to support overall health and wellbeing. It helps maintain healthy immune system function and may assist in preventing magnesium deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate. Magnesium plays an essential role in energy production, supports muscle function, and contributes to a healthy neuromuscular system.

This formula also supports normal nerve conduction and helps maintain cardiovascular health. It contains magnesium ascorbate, a buffered, non-acidic form of vitamin C and magnesium, which supports skin health and assists the body’s natural wound-healing processes.

Each 6 g (2 scoops) contains: Glycine 1500 mg; Magnesium glycinate dihydrate 877.2 mg (equiv. to magnesium 100.02 mg); Magnesium citrate 1759.26 mg (equiv. to magnesium 271.8 mg); Magnesium orotate dihydrate 663.12 mg (equiv. to magnesium 43.5 mg); Magnesium ascorbate monohydrate 560.4 mg (equiv. to magnesium 34.68 mg and ascorbic acid 499.98 mg); Total elemental magnesium: 450 mg.

Adults: Take 6 g (2 scoops) daily, with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Mix with 150 mL water and consume immediately. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Scoop included.
