Each tablet contains: Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag® magnesium glycinate) 500 mg (equiv. elemental magnesium 50 mg), magnesium amino acid chelate 750 mg (equiv. elemental magnesium 150 mg), zinc sulphate monohydrate 19 mg (equiv. elemental zinc 7 mg), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 16.6 mg, chromic chloride hexahydrate 1 mg (equiv. elemental chromium 200 micrograms), selenomethionine 33 micrograms (equiv. elemental selenium 13 micrograms).

For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
