Vegetarian capsules with a simple, low-excipient formula

Iron (as ferrous bisglycinate) 88.8 mg, equivalent to 24 mg elemental iron. Lactoferrin 100 mg. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg.

Take 1 capsule daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.


Vegetable cellulose capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.

Contains milk derivatives (lactoferrin). Suitable for vegetarians.
