Iron is necessary for the formation of haemoglobin which transports oxygen to the tissues

Iron (II) glycinate 88.8 mg (equiv. 24.0 mg iron) and calcium ascorbate dihydrate 145.0 mg (equiv. 120.0 mg ascorbic acid) per capsule.

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Manufacturing Excipients: Colloidal anhydrous silica, disodium edetate, gellan gum, hypromellose, leucine, potable water, potassium acetate. Incidental Excipients: Citric acid, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide.
