Selenomethionine 50.0mcg equiv. Selenium 20.0mcg

Adult Dose: Take 5 drops (equiv. to 100mcg of selenium) in water or juice daily. Childrens Dose: 6-8 years: Take 2 drops 9-13 years: Take 3 drops 14-18 years: Take 4 drops Mix the dose indicated above in water or juice daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains 25% v/v ethanol.
