Each tablet contains:Ganoderma lucidum (reishi) dry fruiting body extract 353 mg (equiv. to dry fruiting body 6 g), Lentinula edodes (shiitake) dry fruiting body extract 375 mg (equiv. to dry fruiting body 6 g), Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) dry root extract 240 mg (equiv. to dry root 6 g), zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® zinc diglycinate) 70 mg (equiv. zinc 14 mg), beta-carotene 5.4 mg, cholecalciferol 10 micrograms (equiv. vitamin D₃ 400 IU).
