Turmeric (Curcuma longa, BCM-95™) root and rhizome extract (100 mg; derived from 2.5 g dry root and rhizome), Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, GutGard®) root extract (75 mg; derived from 2.1 g dry root), Globe artichoke (Cynara scolymus) leaf extract (80 mg; derived from 2 g dry leaf), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed extract (167 mg; derived from 1.7 g dry seed), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flower extract (83 mg; derived from 500 mg dry flower).

• Maintenance: 1 capsule twice daily
• Acute: 1 capsule 3 times daily
