Zinc Citrate P5P Forte provides 50 mg of zinc combined with pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P) and pyridoxine hydrochloride to support immune and nervous system health. It assists in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, and helps prevent dietary zinc and vitamin B6 deficiency. Zinc acts as an antioxidant to help reduce free radical damage and supports cognitive function in healthy adults. The inclusion of P5P, the active form of vitamin B6, supports neurotransmitter synthesis and healthy red blood cell production.

Each vegetarian hard capsule contains: Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 39.3 mg (equiv. to pyridoxine [vitamin B6] 25 mg); Pyridoxine hydrochloride 91.2 mg (equiv. to pyridoxine [vitamin B6] 75 mg); Zinc citrate dihydrate 158.7 mg (equiv. to zinc 50 mg); Magnesium amino acid chelate 150 mg (equiv. to magnesium 30 mg).

Adults: take 1 capsules daily, with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
