Each tablet contains:

Vitis vinifera (Grape Seed) seed extract 30 mg (derived from dry seed 3.6 g, standardised to contain procyanidins 25.5 mg); Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola) leaf extract 250 mg (derived from dry leaf 2.5 g, standardised to contain triterpenes 50 mg); Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo) leaf extract 20 mg (derived from dry leaf 1.0 g, standardised to contain ginkgo flavonglycosides 4.9 mg and ginkgolides & bilobalide 1.2 mg); Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 105 mg; Zinc gluconate 86 mg (equivalent to elemental zinc 12 mg).

Adults: Take 1 tablet 3 - 4 times daily.


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.

  • No added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, or artificial colours.
  • Vegan friendly
  • This product contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
  • Contraindicated in known allergy to Gotu Kola.
  • Caution in patients taking aspirin, warfarin, cilostazol, antipsychotics such as haloperidol, HIV non-nucleoside transcriptase inhibitors, or anticonvulsants. Reduce the dose of haloperidol if necessary in conjunction with the prescribing physician.
  • If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs), or thyroid hormone, separate doses by at least two hours.
  • This formulation contains procyanidins and should be consumed at least 2 hours away from ingestion of other mineral supplements (including iron supplements).
  • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • Discontinue at least 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
  • If patient symptoms persist, seek additional professional advice.
