Each capsule contains: Thiamine hydrochloride 50 mg (equiv. to thiamine 44.6 mg); Riboflavin sodium phosphate 20 mg; Nicotinamide 80 mg; Nicotinic acid 20 mg; Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 10 mg (equiv. to pyridoxine 6.38 mg); Pyridoxine hydrochloride 20 mg (equiv. to pyridoxine 16.5 mg); Calcium pantothenate 164 mg (equiv. to pantothenic acid 150 mg); Choline bitartrate 100 mg; Inositol 100 mg; Biotin 500 micrograms; Cyanocobalamin 500 micrograms; Calcium folinate 521 micrograms (equiv. to folinic acid 400 micrograms).

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily with meals, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
