Nutritional information (per 6 g serving; 30 servings per container):Curcuma longa (turmeric) extract, equivalent to 1.5 g dry rhizome and providing 21.9 mg curcuminoids. Bromelains 100 mg. Papain 20 mg. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 40 mg. Citrus bioflavonoids extract 50 mg. Rutin 50 mg. d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 20.66 mg, equivalent to 25 IU d-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E). R,S-alpha lipoic acid 20 mg. Copper gluconate 1.79 mg, equivalent to 250 µg elemental copper. Manganese amino acid chelate 5 mg, equivalent to 500 µg elemental manganese. Zinc amino acid chelate 10 mg, equivalent to 2 mg elemental zinc. Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B₁₂) 100 µg. Folic acid (Vitamin B₉) 160 µg. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B₆) 15 mg, equivalent to 12.34 mg pyridoxine. Riboflavin (Vitamin B₂) 50 mg. Quercetin dihydrate 100 mg.

Take approximately 1 heaped teaspoon (6g) of powder in water or juice, 1-2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
