Mega Oil is excellent for people lacking essential oils and fatty acids and is specially designed for those with sensitive skin. Specifically, our oil treats gut issues that can contribute to skin disorders and overall health issues.

  • Omega-3 fatty acids: Have anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness, itchiness, and inflammation. They also support moisture retention and enhance skin elasticity, promoting a more supple and youthful appearance.
  • Omega-6 fatty acids: Are essential for maintaining the skin's natural barrier function. They help lock in moisture, prevent excessive dryness, and protect the skin from environmental stressors, enhancing skin resilience and healing.
  • Omega-9 fatty acids: Provide nourishment and hydration to the skin, soothing and softening dry, irritated areas. They assist in maintaining the skin's natural moisture balance, preventing further dehydration.

  • Children age 1-15: Consume 1ml per year of age (up to 15ml per day).
  • Adults 16 and over: Consume 1 tablespoon (20ml) 1 to 2 times a day.


Mega Oil can be consumed straight from the bottle or added to your favourite foods such as pasta, rice, vegetables, salads, yoghurt, or fruit.

  • Mega Oil contains oils at the ratio of 2:1:1 for Omega 3, 6, and 9.
  • Mega Oil must be refrigerated once opened.
  • Use within 6 weeks; it can be frozen to prolong freshness.
  • Do not heat or use for frying.
  • Contains 15ml (GLA) Gamma Linolenic Acid.
