Each tablet contains: Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50 mg; Mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate 50 mg; Zinc amino acid chelate (MetaZn® zinc bisglycinate) 125 mg (equivalent zinc 25 mg); Lutein 5 mg; Potassium iodide 196 micrograms (equivalent iodine 150 micrograms); Selenomethionine 250 micrograms (equivalent selenium 100 micrograms); Withania somnifera (Withania) dry root extract 180 mg (derived from dry root 4.5 g); Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree) dry fruit extract 44 mg (derived from dry fruit 2 g); Zingiber officinale (Ginger) dry rhizome extract 25 mg (derived from dry rhizome 1 g).

Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Free from Animal products, Dairy, Lactose, Eggs, Gluten, Wheat, Nuts, Yeast, Soy, Artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.
