Each capsule contains:Echinacea purpurea (echinacea) root and rhizome extract 33.3 mg (derived from dry root and rhizome 200 mg), Malpighia glabra (acerola) fruit extract 7.5 mg (derived from dry fruit 30 mg), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 60 mg, calcium ascorbate 45 mg (equiv. vitamin C 40 mg), total vitamin C 100 mg, citrus bioflavonoids extract 10 mg, colecalciferol (vitamin D₃) 6.25 micrograms (equiv. vitamin D₃ 250 IU), zinc gluconate 2 mg, beta-carotene 1 mg.

Children 2-4 years: Chew 1 tablet daily.

Children 5-12 years: Chew 2 tablets daily.
