Nutritional information (per serving of 2 capsules; 30 servings per container):

Quercetin 300 mg. Nigella sativa (black cumin) seed oil fixed (as Thymocid® extract) 450 mg. Rutoside 125 mg. Retinol palmitate 103 µg, equivalent to 56 µg retinol equivalents (RE) and 187.5 IU Vitamin A.


Adults take 2 capsules twice daily.


Lecithin, yellow beeswax, rice bran oil, gelatin, glycerol, chlorophyllin copper complex, purified water, acacia, sucrose, maize starch, dl-alpha-tocopherol.

  • If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taking more than 3000 micrograms of retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms of retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms of retinol equivalents for men.
