Magnesium, With Lutein And Zeaxanthin For A Healthy Circadian Rhythm.

SleepX is formulated to restore the circadian rhythm and maintain healthy sleeping pattern. This formula contains Ashwagandha (Sensoril™), and magnesium bisglycinate, an exclusive and easily absorbed form of magnesium to assist muscle relaxation during sleep. 

SleepX is naturally coloured from lutein and zeaxanthin which helps mitigate the effect of blue light exposure on sleep. The ingredient combination helps to establish, restore and reset the sleep-wake cycle. Add one scoop of the great tasting tropical powder to 200mL of water before bed to improve sleeping patterns.

    Aiding adaption to blue light and assisting in night vision with lutein and zeaxanthin.

Each dose (5.7 g) contains: Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (magnesium bisglycinate) 3 g (equivalent magnesium 300 mg); Ornithine monohydrochloride 400 mg; Lutein 20 mg; Zeaxanthin 4 mg; Withania somnifera (Sensoril™ Ashwagandha) 250 mg, providing dry root extract 125 mg (derived from dry root 625 mg) and dry leaf extract 125 mg (derived from dry leaf 625 mg).

Adults: Take 1 scoop (5.7g) in 200mL of water, once daily in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
