Retinyl acetate (Vitamin A) 1.5 mg, equivalent to 150 µg retinol equivalents (RE) and 500 IU Vitamin A. Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B₁) 41.24 mg. Riboflavin (Vitamin B₂) 15 mg. Nicotinamide (Vitamin B₃) 107.5 mg. Nicotinic acid (Vitamin B₃) 2.5 mg. Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B₅) 75 mg. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B₆) total content 15.1 mg, provided from pyridoxine hydrochloride 10 mg and pyridoxine-5-phosphate monohydrate 10.7 mg. Folic acid 95 µg. Calcium folinate 114 µg, equivalent to 105 µg folinic acid. Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B₁₂) 200 µg. Biotin 50 µg. Choline bitartrate 25 mg. Inositol 12.5 mg. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg. Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D₃) 6.25 µg, equivalent to 250 IU. d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 41.3 mg, equivalent to 50 IU d-alpha-tocopherol (natural Vitamin E). Phytomenadione (Vitamin K₁) 50 µg. Citrus bioflavonoids extract 12.5 mg, including hesperidin 7.5 mg and rutoside 2.5 mg. Calcium (as phosphate) 5 mg. Chromium (as picolinate) 25 µg. Copper (as gluconate) 50 µg. Iodine (as potassium iodide) 65 µg. Magnesium amino acid chelate 10 mg. Manganese (as amino acid chelate) 500 µg. Molybdenum (as trioxide) 50 µg. Potassium (as citrate) 4.5 mg. Take approximately 1 heaped teaspoon (6g) of powder in water or juice, 1-2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
