It is required for the synthesis of the antioxidant glutathione. Magnesium Plus combines synergistic ingredients, active vitamin B6, and MK7. This supplement helps prevent dietary magnesium, pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and menaquinone 7 (vitamin K) deficiency. Suitable for children.

Each capsule contains: Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate dihydrate) 75 mg in a fully reacted chelated amino acid form, pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P) 3.12 mg providing pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and menaquinone-7 (natural vitamin K2) 10 micrograms from a naturally derived source.

  • Children 2-8 years: Give 1 tablet once daily. Tablets should be crushed and mixed with water, jam, or honey before administering immediately to young children.
  • Children 9 years and over: Take 1 tablet twice daily with water.
  • Adults: 2 tablets, 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
