Ginger has been used traditionally in Western herbal medicine to relieve mild rheumatic pain. Withania is a herb traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to relieve sleeplessness and symptoms of stress such as fatigue and support general mental well-being.

Boswellia serrata (boswellia) gum oleoresin dry concentrated extract 277 mg (equiv. 5.54 g dry; boswellic acids 180 mg), Curcuma longa (turmeric) rhizome dry concentrated extract 125 mg (equiv. 3.91 g dry; curcuminoids 59.4 mg), Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root dry concentrated extract 100 mg (equiv. 2.5 g dry), Zingiber officinale (ginger) rhizome dry concentrated extract 90.9 mg (equiv. 1.0 g dry), and Piscidia piscipula (Jamaican dogwood) stem bark dry concentrated extract 250 mg (equiv. 1.0 g dry) per tablet.

Adult Dose:Take 1 tablet three times daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Not permitted for use in children under 2 years.
