Reynoutria japonica (Giant Knotweed) root extract 80 mg (derived from minimum dry root 8 g, standardised to contain resveratrol 36 mg); Vitis vinifera (Grape Seed) seed extract 40 mg (derived from minimum dry seed 4.8 g, standardised to contain procyanidins 38 mg); Silybum marianum (St Mary’s Thistle) seed extract 68.57 mg (derived from minimum dry seed 4.8 g, standardised to contain flavonolignans calculated as silybin 48 mg); Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo) leaf extract 30 mg (derived from minimum dry leaf 1.5 g, standardised to contain ginkgo flavonglycosides 7.35 mg and ginkgolides & bilobalide 1.8 mg); Panax ginseng (Korean Ginseng) root extract 50 mg (derived from dry root 250 mg, standardised to contain ginsenosides [Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd] 4.2 mg).

Adults: 1 tablet 2 - 4 times daily


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, glucose monohydrate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.

  • No added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours, or flavours.
  • Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
  • Caution in pregnancy
  • Discontinue during an acute infection or mild fever
  • Contraindicated in patients taking phenelzine
  • Caution is advised in patients with high blood pressure and those taking central nervous system stimulants, insulin or oral hypoglycaemic drugs (including pioglitazone or glipizide), metronidazole, ornidazole, nifedipine, antiplatelet/anticoagulant drugs (particularly the elderly), antipsychotics such as haloperidol, anticonvulsants, HIV non-nucleoside transcriptase inhibitors.
  • Caution is advised in patients taking metformin at doses greater than one g/day. Reduce the dose of haloperidol or metformin if necessary in conjunction with the prescribing physician.
  • Increasing the intake of vitamin B6 may be advisable for patients taking anticonvulsants.
  • Not to be taken at the same time with immunosuppressive drugs, and caution is advised in those with elevated liver enzymes taking immunosuppressive drugs
  • This formulation should be consumed at least 2 hours away from ingestion of mineral supplements (including iron supplements)
  • In anaemia and cases where iron supplementation is required, do not take it simultaneously with meals or iron supplements
  • Discontinue at least seven days before general anaesthesia
