Wild yam (Dioscorea villosa) root & rhizome 2:1 extract 800 mcL (derived from 400 mg dry), Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) root 4:1 extract 800 mcL (derived from 400 mg dry), St John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) flowering top 6:1 extract 100 mg (derived from 600 mg dry, containing hypericin 333 mcg), Sage (Salvia fruticosa) herb 2:1 extract 580 mcL (derived from 290 mg dry), Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) root 2:1 extract 200 mcL (derived from 100 mg dry), Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng) root 5:1 extract 15 mg (derived from 75 mg dry, containing ginsenosides Rg1 & Rb1 1.3 mg).

Adults: Take 1 tablet 3-4 times daily.


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, liquid glucose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.
