Each capsule contains: Lavender oil 80 mg; Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) leaf extract 120 mg (derived from dry leaf 6 g); Camellia sinensis (Green tea) leaf extract 250 mg (derived from dry leaf 40 g), standardised to provide theanine 100 mg.

• 1 capsule daily with meals
• In times of acute, mild anxiety: 2 capsules once daily with meals
