Ingredients: Iron amino acid chelate (equiv. Iron 5 mg from 25 mg chelate); Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2.5 mg; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 2.5 mg (equiv. Pyridoxine 2 mg); Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1.5 mcg; Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract 100 mg (from 1.2 g dry root); Urtica dioica (Nettle) leaf extract 1 mL (from 500 mg dry leaf); Codonopsis pilosula root extract 1 mL (from 500 mg dry root); Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) root extract 125 mg (from 500 mg dry root); Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome extract 100 mcL (from 50 mg dry rhizome). Base: glycerol, Vitamin C, grape, beetroot, apple, pear and lemon juice concentrates, natural raspberry flavour.


Adults: 5 mL with water or juice thrice daily.


Apple, ascorbic acid, beetroot, citric acid monohydrate, natural raspberry flavour, glycerol, grape, lemon, maltodextrin, pear, potable water, potassium sorbate, purified water, silicon dioxide, sodium citrate dihydrate, Stevia rebaudiana, and thiamine hydrochloride.


No added gluten, soy, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, eggs, sesame seeds, or artificial colours. Vegan-friendly.

  • Contains potassium sorbate.
  • Not for treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
