Each capsule provides Ziziphus seed extract 300 mg (from 3 g dry seed), Magnolia inner stem bark extract 125 mg (from 1 g dry bark), Passionflower extract 150 mg (from 750 mg dry flowering and fruiting herb), and California Poppy extract 100 mg (from 400 mg dry herb).

Adults and children over 12 years: Take **2-3 capsules daily, one hour before bed**, or as directed by your health professional.
