Gymnema sylvestre – A traditional Ayurvedic herb commonly used to support digestive health and metabolic balance.

Each tablet contains:
Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema) extract 400 mg
derived from min. leaf dry 6.4 g
standardised to contain gymnemic acids 100 mg



Adults: 1 tablet 1–2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate • Colloidal anhydrous silica • Hypromellose • Magnesium stearate • Microcrystalline cellulose • Sodium starch glycollate.


Free from gluten, soy, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, eggs and sesame seeds.

Use with caution if taking insulin or oral hypoglycaemic medicines. Discontinue 7 days before surgery or anaesthesia. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
