Additionally, it assists in reducing mild joint inflammation and swelling related to mild arthritis, making it a valuable aid for improving joint mobility, particularly in aging individuals. This formula also combines Horse Chestnut and Butcher's Broom, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve the discomfort, itching, and swelling associated with hemorrhoids.

Each tablet contains:

Aesculus hippocastanum (Horse chestnut) seed extract 200 mg (derived from minimum dry seed 1.2 g, standardised to contain escin 38 mg); Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo) leaf extract 30.5 mg (derived from minimum dry leaf 1.5 g, standardised to contain ginkgo flavonglycosides 7.5 mg); Ruscus aculeatus (Butcher’s Broom) root and rhizome extract 200 mg (derived from minimum dry root and rhizome 800 mg, standardised to contain ruscogenin 20 mg).


1 tablet 2-3 times daily with food.


Enteric-coated tablets (take the tablet whole; do not break or crush).


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, ethylcellulose, liquid glucose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, microcrystalline cellulose, oleic acid, polydextrose, purified talc, purified water, sodium starch glycollate, robust ammonia solution.


No added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, artificial colours or flavours.


Vegan and Vegetarian friendly.

  • Contains sugars (60 mg per tablet).
  • Caution is advised in patients taking aspirin, warfarin, cilostazol, antipsychotics such as haloperidol, HIV non-nucleoside transcriptase inhibitors, tadalafil, or anticonvulsants. If necessary, reduce the dose of haloperidol in conjunction with the prescribing physician.
  • It may cause gastric upset in some patients.
  • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
  • If patient symptoms persist, seek additional professional advice.
