  • St. Mary's Thistle seed and Rosemary leaf are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support digestive system function.
  • St. Mary's Thistle seed is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as:

    a heat protectant to support liver health
    a cholagogue to promote bile production and secretion

  • Rosemary is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce symptoms of indigestion, including relief of intestinal gas, flatulence, digestive spasms, bloating, and feeling of fullness.

Each tablet contains:

Silybum marianum (St Mary’s Thistle) seed extract 34 mg (derived from minimum dry seed 2.38 g, standardised to contain flavonolignans calculated as silybin 24 mg); Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) fruit extract 167 mg (derived from dry fruit 1.0 g); Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf extract 100 mg.

Adults: 1 tablet 3-4 times daily.


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, disodium edetate, gellan gum, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, potable water, potassium acetate, sodium starch glycollate.

No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours, or flavours.
