Each capsule contains: Thiamine hydrochloride 25 mg (vitamin B1), riboflavin sodium phosphate 25 mg (vitamin B2), nicotinamide 25 mg (vitamin B3), calcium pantothenate 25 mg (vitamin B5), pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 25 mg (active vitamin B6), levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic®) 842 micrograms (equiv. active folate 400 micrograms), mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin, vitamin B12) 400 micrograms.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
