This potent blend includes Bacopa Monnieri, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to enhance memory and cognition, and Schisandra, known in Chinese medicine to improve sleep quality and support physical endurance. With additional ingredients to boost mental function in those over 50, this vegan-friendly formula is free from common allergens and artificial additives. 

  • Bacopa herb is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to:

Each tablet contains:

Bacopa monnieri herb extract 75 mg (derived from dry herb 3.75 g, standardised to bacosides calculated as bacoside A 37.5 mg); Schisandra chinensis fruit extract 110 mg (derived from dry fruit 660 mg); Eleutherococcus senticosus root extract 50 mg (derived from dry root 500 mg, standardised to contain syringaresinol glucosides 400 mcg); Rosemary oil (Rosmarinus officinalis) 10 mg.

Adults: 2 tablets 3 times daily.


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.

  • No added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours.
  • Vegan friendly.
  • Bacopa Complex should be discontinued during the treatment of any acute infectious illness.
  • As Schisandra may accelerate clearance of drugs from the body, caution is advised in prescribing herbs for patients taking drugs with a narrow therapeutic window, including warfarin and digoxin.
  • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
