Each capsule contains vitamin C 50 mg, vitamin E (as d-alpha-tocopheryl succinate) 41 mg (equiv. 50 IU), zinc bisglycinate 37.5 mg (equiv. zinc 7.5 mg), zeaxanthin 500 µg, folic acid 99 µg, vitamin B12 100 µg, blackcurrant fruit extract 67 mg (from 10 g fresh fruit), and marigold flower soft extract 100 mg (from 500 mg dry flower), standardised to lutein 5 mg.

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.


Ascorbyl palmitate, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, citric acid, disodium edetate, gelatin, gellan gum, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maize oil, microcrystalline cellulose, mixed (high-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate, mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate, potable water, potassium acetate, silicon dioxide, soya oil, starch sodium octenyl succinate, sucrose.
