Glutamine (3.5 g), Choline bitartrate (1.5 g), Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® zinc bisglycinate) (30 mg; equiv. zinc 6 mg), Retinol palmitate (1.4 mg; equiv. vitamin A 750 micrograms RE), Colecalciferol (12.5 micrograms; equiv. vitamin D 500 IU), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) fruiting body extract (375 mg; derived from 6 g dry fruiting body), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body extract (353 mg; derived from 6 g dry fruiting body), Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) seed extract (86 mg; derived from min. 6 g dry seed; standardised to flavanolignans calculated as silybin 72 mg), Baical skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis) root extract (3 g; derived from 2.5 g dry leaf), Perilla (Perilla frutescens) leaf extract (208 mg; derived from 2.5 g dry leaf).

Children 9 to 13 years: Add 1 metric teaspoon (3.6 g) to 100 mL water twice daily with food.

Adults and children over 13 years: Add 2 metric teaspoons (7.2 g) to 200 mL water twice daily with food.
