Nigella sativa (black seed) seed dry concentrated extract 50 mg (equiv. 1.0 g dry seed), Cinnamomum cassia (cinnamon) stem bark dry concentrated extract 75 mg (equiv. 1.5 g dry bark), Gymnema sylvestre leaf dry concentrated extract 75 mg (equiv. 1.5 g dry leaf, providing 33.8 mg gymnemic acids), alpha-lipoic acid 300 mg, biotin 1.0 mg, and chromium 300 mcg total (from chromic chloride hexahydrate and chromium picolinate) per capsule.

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
