MetaZinc features zinc bisglycinate (Meta Zn®), a well-absorbed form of zinc shown to support male reproductive health and sperm production. Available in two convenient sizes, MetaZinc offers effective absorption with a low risk of nausea.

Each dose contains: Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® zinc bisglycinate) 250 mg (equivalent zinc 50 mg); Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 50 mg; Manganese amino acid chelate 19 mg (equivalent manganese 3 mg). Free from: animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein, artificial colours, artificial flavours, and artificial preservatives.

Adults and children over 14 years:
Acute: Take 1 tablet daily with food.
Maintenance: Take ½ tablet daily with food. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.
