Rehmannia glutinosa root (dry herb equivalent 2 g), Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root (dry herb equivalent 2 g), Panax quinquefolius (American ginseng) root (dry herb equivalent 1.5 g), Schisandra chinensis fruit (dry herb equivalent 1 g), Glycyrrhiza glabra root (dry herb equivalent 200 mg), thiamine hydrochloride 1.2 mg (equiv. thiamine 1.07 mg), riboflavin sodium phosphate 1.6 mg (equiv. riboflavin 1.22 mg), nicotinamide 16 mg (equiv. vitamin B3 16 mg), calcium pantothenate 6 mg (equiv. pantothenic acid 5.5 mg), pyridoxal-5-phosphate 1.7 mg (equiv. pyridoxine 1.16 mg), biotin 30 mcg, calcium folinate 50 mcg (equiv. folinic acid 46.3 mcg), and hydroxocobalamin 2.4 mcg (equiv. vitamin B12 2.4 mcg) per capsule.

Take 1 capsule three times daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
