VITANOX FAQSCommon Questions About Vitanox
What makes Vitanox different from a general antioxidant supplement?

Vitanox is not a basic vitamin C or single-antioxidant product. It combines Grape Seed, Green Tea, Turmeric and Rosemary in a focused herbal formula for antioxidant support, circulation and blood vessel health.

What herbs are in Vitanox?

Each tablet contains Grape Seed extract, Green Tea extract, Turmeric extract and Rosemary extract. These herbs provide antioxidant compounds including procyanidins, catechins and curcuminoids.

Does Vitanox support circulation?

Yes. Vitanox is designed to support healthy blood circulation and blood flow to the peripheries, such as the hands, feet and legs. If circulation changes are sudden, painful, one-sided, worsening or linked with numbness, colour changes or swelling, seek medical advice promptly.

What is MediHerb Vitanox used for?

MediHerb Vitanox is a herbal antioxidant formula designed to support healthy blood circulation, peripheral blood flow, blood vessel health and protection from free radical damage.

Does Vitanox support blood vessel health?

Yes. Vitanox helps maintain blood vessel health and provides antioxidant support. It is a support formula, not a treatment for diagnosed cardiovascular or circulation conditions.

Does Vitanox contain caffeine?

Yes. Each Vitanox tablet contains 12.5 mg of caffeine from Green Tea extract. For comparison, a cup of instant coffee contains around 80 mg of caffeine. Customers who are caffeine-sensitive should keep this in mind.

How do I take Vitanox?

Adults are generally directed to take 1 tablet 1–2 times daily, or as advised by a healthcare professional. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Can I use Vitanox during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Caution is required. Caffeine intake above 200 mg daily is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Green Tea may also affect folate availability, so women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or wishing to conceive should seek professional advice before use.

Can Vitanox interact with medicines?

Yes. Caution is advised for people with haemorrhagic disorders or those taking warfarin, antiplatelet medicines, statins, sildenafil or immunosuppressive medicines. Vitanox is also contraindicated with sunitinib unless taken at least 4 hours apart. Check with a healthcare professional before use if you take regular medication.

Are there any other important cautions with Vitanox?

Take Vitanox at least 2 hours away from mineral supplements, including iron. If you have anaemia or need iron supplementation, do not take it at the same time as meals. Do not take Vitanox within 48 hours either side of chemotherapy or radiotherapy unless professionally advised. Discontinue use 7 days before general anaesthesia.
