Zinc Protect FAQsCommon questions about Eagle Clinical Zinc Protect
What is Eagle Clinical Zinc Protect?

Eagle Clinical Zinc Protect is a practitioner-style zinc and immune support formula. It combines two forms of zinc with vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, carotenoids, manganese and selenium to support immune function, zinc levels, skin repair, wound healing and antioxidant activity.

How is Zinc Protect different from a plain zinc supplement?

Zinc Protect is not just a standalone zinc tablet. It provides 30 mg of elemental zinc per tablet, along with vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, carotenoids, manganese and selenium, making it a broader immune, skin and antioxidant support formula.

What does Zinc Protect help support?

Zinc Protect is designed to support healthy immune system function, the body’s ability to fight illness, wound healing, skin repair, zinc levels, neurotransmitter synthesis and protection against free radical damage.

Why does this product contain vitamin C, vitamin E and selenium?

Vitamin C, vitamin E and selenium are included as antioxidant and immune-support nutrients. They work alongside zinc and the other ingredients rather than being used as separate single-ingredient supplements.

Can I take Zinc Protect with another zinc or immune supplement?

Use caution when combining zinc, selenium, vitamin C, multivitamin or immune support products. Zinc Protect already contains 30 mg of elemental zinc plus selenium and other nutrients, so taking multiple formulas together may lead to unnecessary duplication.

Can Zinc Protect be taken with medication?

Zinc Protect may need to be spaced away from certain medicines. The product label advises separating it by at least 2 hours from tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates and thyroid hormone medication. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you take regular medication.

Does Zinc Protect have any important cautions?

Yes. The label warns that selenium is toxic in high doses and that zinc may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. It also advises discontinuing the product 7 days before general anaesthesia.

Does Zinc Protect contain allergens or excipient cautions?

The label states no added gluten, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds or artificial colours. It contains trace amounts of sulfur dioxide, and gelatin naturally contains phenylalanine, so people sensitive to phenylalanine should use caution.

No. This information is general only and does not replace personalised medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, preparing for surgery, managing immune concerns, skin wounds, zinc deficiency, selenium intake or a diagnosed condition, speak with a qualified health professional before use.
