Clinical C FAQsCommon questions about Orthoplex Clinical C
What is Orthoplex Clinical C?

Orthoplex Clinical C is a practitioner-style vitamin C and antioxidant formula. It combines buffered vitamin C with glutathione, rutoside, hesperidin, alpha-lipoic acid, selenium, nicotinamide, active vitamin B6 and palm tocotrienols to support antioxidant activity, immune function and nervous system health.

How is Clinical C different from a plain vitamin C supplement?

Clinical C is not just standard ascorbic acid. It uses buffered vitamin C from calcium ascorbate and sodium ascorbate, along with antioxidant and bioflavonoid-style support nutrients, making it a broader antioxidant and immune support formula.

What does Clinical C help support?

Clinical C is designed to support antioxidant protection, immune system function and nervous system health. It may suit customers looking for a more advanced vitamin C formula rather than a basic daily vitamin C tablet.

Why does Clinical C contain rutoside and hesperidin?

Rutoside and hesperidin are bioflavonoid-style nutrients commonly used alongside vitamin C in antioxidant and immune support formulas. In Clinical C, they work as part of the broader vitamin C complex rather than as separate single ingredients.

Why does Clinical C contain glutathione and alpha-lipoic acid?

Glutathione and alpha-lipoic acid are included as antioxidant-support nutrients. They complement vitamin C and the other ingredients as part of the product’s broader antioxidant support focus.

Can I take Clinical C with other vitamin C or antioxidant supplements?

Use caution when combining vitamin C, immune, antioxidant, selenium or multivitamin products. Clinical C already contains vitamin C, selenium, alpha-lipoic acid, glutathione, B vitamins and tocotrienols, so other formulas may overlap unnecessarily.

Does Clinical C have any important cautions?

Yes. Clinical C contains selenium, and the label warns that selenium is toxic in high doses. It is for adults only, is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation, and the maximum recommended dose contains sodium. Always read the label before use.

Does Clinical C contain common allergens?

The product page lists Clinical C as gluten free, dairy free, soy protein free, vegan, vegetarian and sulfites free. It is also noted as a large tablet, so it should be swallowed with a glass of water.
